2026 Banquet Information

  • Date: Saturday, Nov. 14, 2026
  • Time: Happy Hour (cash bar) at 5 p.m., Dinner at 7 p.m.
  • Location: Mountain Table at: 24140 Seneca Trail, Renick, West Virginia 24966. (Google Maps)

  • Silent Auction: Will take place before and shortly after dinner
  • Registration Deadline: Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026

Menu Details

  • Before Dinner: There will be a charcuterie spread and salad bar before dinner.
  • Sides: garlic mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables and cornbread.
  • Desert: Dessert to follow for those who save room.

Menu Options

  • Beef Brisket: ($50): Brisket à la Provençale — Slow-braised with tomato, garlic, olives, and herbs; a Southern French–inspired dish that’s savory and herb-forward.
  • Chicken: ($50): Lemon Herb — Bright and savory with lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs; a classic Mediterranean-style roast that’s clean and familiar.
  • Vegan Option: ($40) — Roasted squash and tofu with nutritional yeast. Sides will be the same as above, but crafted without the use of animal products.
