2024 Banquet Information

  • Date: Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024
  • Time: Happy Hour (cash bar) at 5 p.m., Dinner at 7 p.m.
  • Location: WV School of Osteopathic Medicine’s Alumni Center in Lewisburg, West Virginia (Google Maps)
  • Speaker: Dr. Greg Springer
  • Silent Auction: Will take place before and shortly after dinner
  • Registration Deadline: Oct. 31, 2024

Menu Options:

  • Beef Option: Roast prime rib of beef (English cut 6 oz.) with baked potato bar, grilled vegetables with roasted asparagus, spring mix salad with Italian or ranch dressing, rolls and butter, dessert.
  • Chicken Option: Grilled chicken and pasta Alfredo: Includes grilled vegetables with roasted asparagus, mixed green salad, fresh baked focaccia bread and rolls, cheesecake squares.
  • Vegan Option: Grilled zucchini with spinach mix lasagna with marinara sauce. Includes baked potato bar, grilled vegetables with roasted asparagus.
  • All meals include the drink station with sweet tea, lemonade, and bottled water.
